Brown Sugar Squares

Creamy brown sugar squares (can be covered in chocolate).

Caramallows (Optional: chocolate)

Vanilla marshmallow layered on top of rich caramel, covered in chocolate or delicious by itself.

Marshmallows (Vanilla or Chocolate)

Not the Jet-Puffs from a plastic bag, fresh marshmallows are entirely different from those you remember. Chocolate enrobing is optional.

Buttery (Almond) Toffee

Rich, buttery toffee pieces, by themselves or topped with chocolate and chopped almonds.

Caramel Swirls

Vanilla fondant (a sugary treat much maligned by most confectioners today), swirled with melt-in-your-mouth caramel.

Candied Citrus Peel

Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit or Orange peel soaked in syrup for days, then dredged sugar with a sour kick.

Almond Cloud Cookies (gluten-free)

Chewy. Fluffy. Delicious. You'll never think of gluten-free cookies the same way again.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Fresh oats, and plump raisins, and brown sugar. Need I go on?

Devil's Food Cake

Made as a double-decker round cake, cupcakes, or mini-cupcakes, with Scharffenberger chocolate and cream cheese frosting.

Rum-Soaked Bundt Cake

Moist yellow cake is saturated with rum syrup, elegantly presented with glazed pecans and marzipan leaf garnish.

Carrot Cake

Available as sheet cake, cupcakes, or mini-cupcakes, the cream cheese frosting tempers the spice-filled carrot-y batter.
